Banding of a Female Rufous Hummingbird

Scott Weidensaul was kind enough to travel to our home today
to capture and band this hummingbird.
It was a once in a lifetime experience!

This adult female Rufous Hummingbird was first seen in our yard on October 16, 2012 and continued until April 13, 2013. (180 days)
